Solidarity with the Flood Victims in the Himalayas

We were deeply saddened to learn of the catastrophic floods that struck Nepal and Tibet in the PRC on August 26, 2026, resulting in loss of life and causing widespread devastation among local communities.

We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and express our solidarity with all those affected by this tragedy. Our thoughts are also with those who remain missing, and we sincerely hope for their safe rescue.

We wish to support the region’s residents and all those involved in rescue operations and humanitarian aid efforts.

Those wishing to support the victims of the floods and rescue workers may make voluntary donations to organizations providing humanitarian assistance, including the Polish Red Cross, which is raising funds to support those affected in Nepal:
